Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Doxelo iOS application and related services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Doxelo. Contact: info@mdevelopment.ro.
The service
Doxelo reconstructs documents so you can edit them: PDF or image to Word, translation that keeps structure, table extraction to Excel, and structured data extraction. Processing runs on our servers. You may close the app while a job is running.
Exports are ordinary files (DOCX, XLSX, PDF, CSV, HTML, JSON). The person you send them to does not need Doxelo to open them.
Account
On iOS you sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete the account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your documents, exports and sessions.
Your content
You retain whatever rights you have in files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and convert those files solely to provide the features you request (including OCR, reconstruction, translation and export). We do not use your documents to train models.
You must have the right to upload the file. Do not upload material you are not allowed to process, or content that is illegal where you use the service.
Quality
Conversion quality depends on the source. We check what we can measure — for example whether an exported Word file contains real text rather than full-page images — and we surface issues for review. We do not promise perfect OCR, complete table recovery, or that a translation will fit the original layout in every language. Where we cannot honestly verify a result, we will not label it as verified.
Free pages, credits and subscriptions
The first three pages of any document are converted without charge, as a real downloadable result, not a watermarked preview.
Credits (for example 50, 200 or 500 pages) are consumable in-app purchases. Credits never expire. Unused credits are not converted to cash.
Pro monthly and Pro annual are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple subscription settings. The renewal price is shown by Apple before you pay. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available in the app and re-applies entitlements already purchased on your Apple ID.
Intended prices (euro, may vary by storefront): Pro monthly €9.99; Pro annual €59.99; 50 pages €2.99; 200 pages €7.99; 500 pages €14.99. Apple’s screen is authoritative at checkout.
If a processing job fails because of our systems, reserved credits for that job are released. We do not silently take paid features away after a price change for purchases you already made; new purchases follow the then-current store listing.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- attempt to access another person’s documents;
- overload or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits;
- reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law;
- use Doxelo to process content you do not have rights to process.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep Doxelo available, but processing can take time for long documents, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data you did not keep a copy of, or indirect losses, and our total liability arising out of your use of Doxelo is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum your consumer law requires).
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep the mandatory rights that those laws give you. These terms do not replace them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change is material we will provide notice in the app where reasonably possible. If you continue to use Doxelo after the change, the new terms apply.
